Small bonfire at night

Should you have followed my twitterfeed the last few months, you may have noticed that in the last week no new photos have appeared. The creativity juices have stopped flowing…

OK, some may say that in that particular case you actually should keep shooting and taking pictures, but the matter of fact is that on a regular day there isn’t much to shoot after 3 months. I do admire those people that really go out on a limb to explore different areas during their lunch break, or in the evenings…. In those cases I’d rather enjoy the company I’m with at that time.

Having a job for forty hours a week and outside those hours also the responsibilities of being a member of the board of a canoeing club, and enjoying time spent with my girlfriend, there isn’t a load of time. Ok, the commute to and from my day job has been documented enough. I’d rather enjoy the moments, and not having a photo of it, doesn’t mean I enjoyed it less. Will keep posting photos once every while, yet no longer on a fixed, daily basis. Sorry lads and lasses, I failed.

P.S. If you’ve enjoyed this article or found it helpful, please share it, or check out my other articles. I’m on Instagram and Twitter too if you’d like to follow along on my adventures and other writings, or comment on the article.
